The CEO of Ford in Asia-Pacific and Africa, Joe Hinrichs described the route of Ford to develop its Dealer Network in Chinese market. There are 400 Dealers of Ford in China. Dealers will be increase 2 per week in this year, and canbusit will increase to 110 in this year, equal to which in 2011. In the next few years, the delears of Ford in china will employ 25000 people, which is one of the program components of Ford to increase the number of its delears to 680 in three years.
Joe Hinrichs expressed that the investment of Ford in Chinese and Pan-asia area represents the largest scale gloable expansion with fatest speed in the 50 years. This expansion will helop Ford to achieve the target that the gloable sale in 2015 will increase to 8000000 units,Autocom Cdp an increase of 50%, compared with the sales in 2010.
In this April, the sales of Ford (China) was 54881, an increase of 24% year on year. The sales of New Focus in few weeks has reached 9,400 since its list in April. New Focus is the first model of 15 kinds of new cars which are promised by Ford to be introduced into China. This car is based on the Ford global c-class car platform, which installed with Ford global tech and configuration specially released for Chinese consumers. At present, this car has been put into production in its new plant in Chongqing.
